AN IN-PERSON 5RHYTHMS® MOVEMENT MEDITATION

Location: 3 Claridge Drive, Verona, NJ

Join accredited 5Rhythms® teacher, Sayrah Garrison, for an opportunity to explore embodied wellness through conscious dance and commUnity connection! Using the map of the 5Rhythms®: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we will explore our inner landscape through self inquiry and fun exercises designed to help each dancer live their fullest life!

TO JOIN OUR MONTHLY WAVES CLASS:

Investment: We offer a tiered pricing structure to help accommodate different financial situations while promoting accessibility for all participants. If you still need assistance in order to attend, please don't hesitate to reach out to Sayrah to discuss other options. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Supporter: $40 ~ For those who can afford to pay more and want to support the community, ensuring this class remains accessible for others.

Standard: $35 ~ The standard price for participants who can comfortably pay the usual rate.

Supported: $30 ~ For those who need a more affordable option due to financial constraints or live on a fixed income.

Reduced Community Rate: $20 ~ Students, seniors and members of the Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) community may attend for this reduced rate.

Please pay via venmo and note “Monthly Waves” and your date of attendance in your payment comments.

Please be sure to sign student waiver if applicable (one per year, per student).
