Hi. I’m Sayrah Garrison.

I am a mother to a school aged child, a wife and am passionate about my work in the healing arts.

As a young adult I struggled with chronic anxiety and often self medicated with alcohol. This struggle led me to my current work as a social worker.

Along my healing journey, I discovered body based practices; specifically, yoga, mindfulness meditation and 5Rhythms dance as necessary tools for my mental, physical and spiritual health well being. That is why I have dedicated my life’s work to offering these practices to you as essential tools to help you feel more grounded, resourced and ultimately more able to live your best life now!
