• Sayrah is deeply committed to exploring how profound body based practices like yoga, movement and mindfulness can affect positive change in all of us and hopes that her offerings provide a fun way to explore creativity, connection and personal growth.

MY offerings

  • yoga

    My classes focus on developing strength and flexibility, rigor and relaxation to encourage a balanced nervous system and overall health and wellness. I provide modifications to ensure my classes are accessible to beginners and challenging to advanced yogis.

  • THERAPY

    I have a keen interest in applying body based practices like yoga, mindfulness meditation and conscious dance in therapeutic settings. While I am in process of obtaining dual licensure for my LCSW in New Jersey, I am available to provide private or small group embodied movement sessions.

  • 5Rhythms

    5Rhythms® is a conscious dance practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. In essence it is a dynamic moving meditation that nourishes mind, body and spirit!
